Adult Study Fellowship (ASF)
The Adult Study Fellowship is a monthly Christian book club led by Fr. Steve, St. Paul's, and Eugene O'Toole, St. John Neumann, that provides an opportunity for fellowship and ecumenical dialogue between the Roman Catholic and Orthodox Churches. Sponsored jointly by St. Paul's and St. John Neumann, the ASF is a structured attempt to explore a common path for Roman Catholic and Orthodox Christians in living a Spirit-filled, Christ-centered life. Alter Servers
The Altar Server is the oldest and most time-honored of the lay ministries. Boys and Girls in the 4th grade or above are invited to participate. Teens and adults are invited as well. Formal practice sessions are held in the church to introduce the new altar server to the order of the Mass. Call: John Cappella 440-6348
Apostolate of Divine Mercy
This group meets monthly on the first Saturday at 6:00 PM for an evening of prayer and fellowship. Call Don & Rita Cordia 559-6680
Catholic Men’s Fellowship 
This is a parish-based men’s ministry. They are a community of men, striving to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and celebrate their Catholic identity through a commitment to God’s word and offering praise and thanks in worship. They meet regularly in order to encourage mutual support and accountability for one another in their personal transformation in Christ and efforts to become Christ-like influences in their homes, communities, and the works that God has called them to transform. Corazon
This organization serves the poorest of Mexico by building houses and support buildings in the Tijuana area. They conduct one-day home builds for selected needy families. The goal of this group is to meet the commands of the Bible by serving the poor.

Cursillo
Cursillo is a movement within the Catholic Church. The purpose of the movement is the Christian leavening of environments achieved through natural leaders, preferably in groups. This is done by providing them with the means to live and share what is fundamental to being a Christian, so that, through the impact of their personality, they may inject the spirit and sense of Gospel into their worlds.
Ecumenical Team
This group promotes outreach to other religious communities. It enables Catholics to understand others’ beliefs and to share with others what we possess in common. The group promotes lectures, common endeavors and prayer for unity. Call Brad Hawkins 949-863-6922.
Evangelization 
The Evangelization Team strives to bring about a conversion of heart and mind to Jesus Christ in the Irvine Community. The group serves the disaffected, dissatisfied, and disillusioned Christians. We invite the unchurched to visit with us to share concerns of faith. Evangelization empowers Catholics to witness to the faith. Call Eugene O’Toole at (949) 857-7936.
Elizabeth Ministry
This is an international outreach ministry of parish celebration and support to parents in their childbearing years. Call Kathy Lamoureaux 949-387-0505.
Family Living 
Children enjoy games, stories and crafts, and parents enjoy adult topics in a family and Christian atmosphere. Mothers and young children meet each Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. for sharing and parental growth. Baby-sitting is available. Call Colleen Jones 419-6889
Health Committee
Parishioners and health care workers promote the dignity and excellence of human life.

The Journey
The young adult group (21-39 years old), single and married, strives to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through His Body, the Church. We come together for prayer, fellowship, and Christian service. Call John Jimenez - 949-262-0454.
Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus exist to help Catholic men remain steadfast in their faith; to promote closer ties of fraternity; and to establish insurance programs for widows and children of its members. This active group of Knights sponsors scholarships, blood drives, pancake breakfasts, and the Mardi gras casino night. Call Paul Pohorecki 552-1481.
Legion of Mary
This group consists of active and devout Catholics united under Mary to say “yes” to Jesus Christ and to forward the apostolic work of the Church. The group meets every Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

Library
This committee is charged with supervising the use of parish books and media. Their motto is that of St. Piux X: “The greatest enemy of Jesus is the ignorance of Jesus.” Books and tapes are available at hours announced in the bulletin. Call Marge Habeck at (949) 857-7936.
Social Justice
The committee is concerned with justice and encourages action, such as letter writing campaigns to politicians and companies, to support the family, the homeless, the poor, the needy, elderly, strangers, single mothers, workers and our institutions. Call Emma Reynolds cell#  951-202-2913
Right to Life
The committee proclaims the sacredness of life in all its forms through prayer and action in accord with the teachings of the Church. Call Anne La Paglia at (949) 857-7936.
Senior Citizens Group
This group enables seniors to share time and common values in a Catholic setting. The seniors meet every first and third Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Center.  Call Mary Ann Watson at 786-1581
Sharing the Harvest
This group collects food and monetary donations for distribution to the poor in our surrounding communities. Collections are made at the last weekend of each month. Ongoing sign-ups of group volunteers continue for the collection and distribution of donations.

Welcoming Committee
This committee welcomes new members to the parish. They provide them with parish information directing them to individuals and groups of interest. Call Hugh Spilsbury 552-9562.
Women’s Ministry
Parish-based ministry of women who come together for prayer, spiritual enrichment, and service. They hope to become the expression of God’s love in their homes, communities, work places and the world they encounter. They meet once a month in prayer and spiritual enrichment and seek to be of service to the parish. Call Barbara Guerin 714-665-3314.
Youth Ministry 
Junior high and high School students come together to participate in social, service, and spiritual activities. The high school group meets every Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The junior high meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
